Access Control Profiles

Introduction

Prolaborate’s Access Control Profiles (ACPs) define default access rules for new users who log in via Single Sign-On (SSO) or Sign Up or when adding a new user directly in Prolaborate or from Active Directory by automatically granting them access to specific repositories and User Groups. This simplifies user management by automating repository access assignment and User Group membership, ensuring users receive appropriate permissions upon their first login without requiring manual configuration
