Monitor & Audit Console

Introduction

Prolaborate provides different records for admin to view under different menus across the application. To make it user-friendly with easy access, Prolaborate has introduced Monitor & Audit Console, which brings together user login history and audit records of user actions, giving administrators a clearer view of the system activity library.

Monitor & Audit Console is available from Prolaborate V5.6.0 onwards and it contains the following information.

Note:

1. Only Administrators can view this information in the application.

Access Monitoring

Access Monitoring captures all the successful and failed login attempts of all Prolaborate users. Admins can view the login and logout time, system information, and IP address of the users logging in to Prolaborate.

Activity Auditing

Activity Auditing allows admins to track user activity and system events such as configuration changes, user addition, artifact updates, etc., directly in Prolaborate user interface.

Downloaded Reports

Downloaded Reports contains the processed files containing access and audit records for download. It is designed to streamline file downloads while minimizing disruptions to your workflow.
