Instead of relying on generic Enterprise Architect knowledge, it analyzes your repository and any available MDG Technologies to create a&nbsp;<strong>Model&nbsp;instruction<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This&nbsp;Model instruction&nbsp;contains&nbsp;information such as:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Element types used in your repository\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid connectors between elements\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Naming conventions\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stereotypes and modeling standards\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Repository-specific best practices\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the&nbsp;Model instruction&nbsp;is created, the AI uses it in future conversations to provide recommendations and generate models that follow your organization&#8217;s standards.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why Use&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>\/instructions<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By default, the AI assistant only understands general Enterprise Architect concepts. Click the reminder or type\u00a0<strong>\/instructions<\/strong>\u00a0to begin.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How It Works<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you run&nbsp;<strong>\/instructions<\/strong>, the AI performs the following steps:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th><strong>Step<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/th><th><strong>Description<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>1. Generate&nbsp;Model instruction<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/td><td><strong>Builds&nbsp;a Modeling&nbsp;Model instruction&nbsp;based on your repository and modeling practices.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>4. Review<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/td><td><strong>Presents the generated&nbsp;Model instruction&nbsp;for your review.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>5. Save<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/td><td><strong>Stores the approved&nbsp;Model instruction&nbsp;in the shared EA database.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>6. Restart Chat<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/td><td><strong>Start a new&nbsp;conversation,&nbsp;so the AI begins using the newly generated rules.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Example<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Scenario<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your organization uses&nbsp;<strong>ArchiMate<\/strong>&nbsp;and has the following modeling standards:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Application Components must begin with\u00a0<strong>APP-<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Business Processes must use the stereotype\u00a0<strong>BusinessProcess<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Application Components connect to Business Processes using\u00a0<strong>Serving<\/strong>\u00a0relationships only\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Without repository instructions, the AI might respond with:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Create an Application Component connected to a Business Process using an Association relationship.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although technically valid in Enterprise Architect, this does not follow your organization&#8217;s standards.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After running&nbsp;<strong>\/instructions<\/strong>, the AI learns your repository rules and responds with:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;AI&nbsp;will automatically understand \u201cCreate&nbsp;<strong>APP-CustomerPortal<\/strong>&nbsp;as an Application Component and connect it to&nbsp;<strong>Customer Onboarding<\/strong>&nbsp;using a&nbsp;<strong>Serving<\/strong>&nbsp;relationship.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The generated model now follows your&nbsp;repository&nbsp;conventions automatically.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Updating Existing Instructions\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a&nbsp;Model&nbsp;instruction&nbsp;already exists, simply run&nbsp;<strong>\/instructions<\/strong>&nbsp;again.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The assistant will provide options to:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th><strong>Option<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/th><th><strong>Description<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Re-run Full Analysis<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/td><td><strong>Rebuild the entire&nbsp;Model instruction&nbsp;by scanning the&nbsp;repository&nbsp;once&nbsp;again.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Update Specific Sections<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/td><td><strong>Refresh selected portions of the existing&nbsp;Model instruction&nbsp;without rebuilding everything.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shared Across Users<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;Model instruction&nbsp;is stored in the shared EA repository. Once created, every user connected to the same repository benefits from the same modeling standards.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Automatic Resume<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the instruction generation process is interrupted, the assistant resumes from the last completed step the next time&nbsp;\/instructions&nbsp;are&nbsp;executed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>One-Time Setup<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In most cases, you only need to generate instructions once.
