“Error on migrating the macro data” when moving Prolaborate diagrams from Confluence? 

First, check that the migration user has full read and edit permissions for every page in the Confluence space. Navigate to Space Settings > Permissions and review the configuration. Next, confirm there are no restricted or deleted pages, even accidentally, since one inaccessible page can block migration. Open each page to spot errors or access issues. Temporarily turn off Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for the migration user, then regenerate their API token via Atlassian Account settings. Attempt migration again once these steps are complete.
