Do the Admin and Support Accounts consume license in Prolaborate Cloud? 

• The admin@prolaborate.com account is a default system account created during the installation of Prolaborate. It is used for initial setup and administrative purposes and does consume a license. 

• The cloudsupport@prolaborate.com account is reserved exclusively for internal support and maintenance tasks by the Prolaborate team. This account also counts toward your license usage. 

These accounts are excluded from your license allocation to ensure you retain the full number of user licenses for your organization.
